❌ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
All such cases are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows the order as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery

For packages lost in transit, we will assist in raising a courier investigation where applicable
Refused or Undelivered Shipments
