  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

We do not guarantee delivery dates.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take time to reflect


Delivery Responsibility

  • Orders are considered delivered once marked delivered by the courier

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item, or

  • An item different from what you ordered

You must:

  • Record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

❌ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

All such cases are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.


Missing or Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows the order as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery

  • For packages lost in transit, we will assist in raising a courier investigation where applicable


Refused or Undelivered Shipments

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address may incur re-shipping costs

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the item is returned to us and inspected


Address Changes

  • Address changes are possible only before shipment

  • Once shipped, address modifications are not guaranteed
