Refund policy
Limited Return Policy (30 Days)
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The item received is different from what was ordered, or

The item is damaged at the time of delivery
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.
Mandatory Video Proof (Important)
For all return or exchange requests, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:

Be recorded from before opening the sealed package

Clearly show the shipping label

Show the package being opened without cuts or edits

Clearly display the issue (wrong item or damage)
❌ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The issue must fall under wrong item received or damaged item

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Size, color, or design preference issues

Minor variations in color/finish due to lighting or screen differences

Items without valid video proof
Exempt Categories:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary goods

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

Downloadable or digital products

Exchanges
We replace items only if:

The wrong item was delivered, or

The item arrived damaged

Valid unboxing video proof is provided

Refund Processing
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

You will be notified via email

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns may receive store credit

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, any approved refund will be issued to the original buyer
Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
Approved return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.
